I have worked in many different facets from Conference planner to catering manager to Assistant general manager of one of the most prestigious private clubs. Wherever I go I think about service and how it affects the dynamics of a customer driven relationship. As I look at serving companies from all different walks of life I think of how I can assist employees on how to better communicate with not only customers but staff.
