Training Courses Offered
FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATION
Posh Services trains individuals, organizations, community college programs and vocational programs in obtaining their food handlers certification. We take a close look at the food service industry to understand food safety from a cleanliness perspective. We look at the standards of what is expected in food borne illness emergencies while implementing the roles of each individual within the food establishment. Upon completion trainees will demonstrate a clear understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment usage and procedures that will pass a NY State health inspection.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Posh Services prides itself in teaching the critically of internal customer service skill first. We train individuals that are looking to upgrade their experience within the customer service industry. We train in various industries such as hospitals, hotels, airlines, restaurant management and corporations. This class is developed using powerpoint, one on one sessions, scenarios, videos and team building activities.
CONTEXTUALIZED ENGLISH
We train individuals with the terminology of real day to day communication within the aspects of health services, hospitality services and business. We use videos, powerpoints, class discussions of role play and scenarios given to clarify knowledge of communication within the business and customer service environment.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Posh Services conducts trainings of employees, contractors, and customer related positions in the skills required to perform their jobs. We assist employees in career development based on their goals. Trainees are evaluated by procedures relative to training. We provide powerpoints, one on one sessions, team building and assessments to enhance their skills and knowledge according to company standards.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Posh Services provides students with appropriate learning materials and expertise in assigned subject area. Instruct individual job seekers, adult learners and transitional high school students. We provide a syllabus, lectures, assessment materials, and development content related to the course.
